Another point is even to achieve something, are we giving enough opportunities to the kids in India. The education gap we have right now between 8th and 12th year of education is filtering out a large population of students right around 8th standard. Urban areas may see Students getting by till 10-12 with substandard education making the demographic dividend we have of not much advantage.
