After filing a complaint about the rejection of our RTI Application and then subsequently filling up the requisite Rs. 20 fee for the same (as per state rules) We have received a copy of transfer letter of our RTI Application.
The problem is - It is written in Gujarati. Well, when the application was in English language, why should one communicate in Gujarati?If an outside state person wants to establish a business in Gujarat, and files an RTI Application regarding the same - Will he also be replied to in Gujarati?
We are now waiting for some further response from the relevant authority.
