He has done several exclusive stories on National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, AIDS, Polio, Old Age Home, Human Trafficking, Female Foeticide, Pollution of River Yamuna, Bundelkhand Ka Sach, Nithari etc.

Mr. Kaushal Kumar started his journey from a small town in U.P . He completed his B. A. from Allahabad University, Allahabad .After his Bachelor’s he did M. A. in Modern History continuing from Allahabad University, Allahabad. After coming to Delhi he enrolled himself in Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi (2003-04Batch). After the successful completion of course in flying colours he then he started off his career as on the News Desk and Coordination desk for Zee News. After playing some very important roles in some good names in media industry he decided to turn back to academics and started nurturing newcomers in the Field of Mass Communication.
