Find out from Madhya Pradesh CIC if there is a plan or process to digitize the Right to Information process in the state in line with what central government provides.According to Madhya Pradesh State Information Commission they have - सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अन्तर्गत सूचना प्राप्त करने के लिये सर्वप्रथम लोक सूचना अधिकारी के समक्ष आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिये । प्रत्येक लोक प्राधिकारी का दायित्व है कि वह अपने प्रत्येक कार्यालय में अधिनियम की धारा 5 के अनुसार लोक सूचना अधिकारी नामांकित करें । उप जिला या उप संभाग स्तरीय कार्यालयों में सहायक लोक सूचना अधिकारी नामंाकित किये जाने का प्रावधान है । सहायक लोक सूचना अधिकारी को सूचना प्राप्त करने संबंधी आवेदन/अपील ज्ञापन प्राप्त करने के लिये अधिकृत किया गया है ।
