गरीब आदमी पार्टी देश के कुछ राज्यों जैसे दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार आदि में सक्रिय एक राजनैतिक दल है, जिसका गठन मुख्य रूप से आम आदमी पार्टी के अस्तित्व में आने के बाद हुआ था. दरअसल पहले आम आदमी पार्टी के समर्थन करने वाले लोगों की भीड़ जैसे ही पार्टी की आइडियोलॉजी से खिन्न हुयी तो उन्होंने एक नयी पार्टी बनाने का निश्चय कर लिया, जो गरीब आदमी पार्टी के नाम से प्रकाश में आई. इनका चुनाव चिन्ह खाने से भरी थाली है और पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक श्याम भारतीय हैं.
