Hello, Mr. Arvind Panagariya and Team,
As a quick introduction, we are a group of professionals with diverse backgrounds (Wall Street, Urban Planning, Healthcare, Data Analytics etc) running a Socio-Economic data analytic initiative ballotboxindia.com/corevalues/
Our main aim is to identify India's problems and apply historically proven economics and social science models with Indian context to solve them.
Now we are able to get some data points from various public records of ministries and departments across India, like below Geo Profile of Gurgaon (as e.g. we have all 635 districts covered) with household, population, industrial fuel, input/output data all together, presenting a great overview of where we stand right now.
But real problem starts when we approach concerned departments specially at state level to gather more information to define a plan to fix these problems.
Below is BallotBoxIndia team research on the wastage and frustrations we are facing while going through our RTI system to gather information, and believe we are loosing a lot of cost to GDP every year.
We are hoping NITI ayog can help us with getting this system streamlined.
We believe this is core to digital India vision of our PM Mr. Modi and also to entrepreneurship as a whole.
