साथ ही क्षेत्र के दूसरे सबसे बड़े मुद्दे यानि पेयजल सप्लाई की समस्या पर भी धीरज जी ने कार्य कराया है. साथ ही क्षेत्र में गलियां बनवाने से लेकर बिजली व्यवस्था और सफाई व्यवस्था का प्रबंध भी बेहतर करने की दिशा में उन्होंने काफी प्रयास किया है.

74वें संविधान संशोधन को उचित प्रकार से लागु नहीं करने को धीरज जी सबसे बड़ी समस्या मानते हैं, उनके अनुसार माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने कहा था कि इस अधिनियम में संशोधन कर पार्षदों की तनख्वाह बढ़ाई जाएगी, जिसपर कोई भी कार्यवाही अभी तक नहीं की गयी है. उनका मानना है कि यदि देश में जनता के प्रतिनिधि को ही मजबूती नहीं मिलेगी तो देश का विकास भी बाधित होगा.
