Dr. Pankaj Kumar is professor in Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He has served as Dean (Planning & Development) and was also on the Board of Governors of IIM Lucknow. Prof. Kumar holds M.A.in Applied Psychology and M.Phil. & Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from University of Delhi. He has extensive teaching, research, training and consulting experience in Human Resource Management and related areas. He specializes in Organizational Culture and Effectiveness, Cross-cultural Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Leadership and related fields. He has also published extensively in category refereed international and national journals and presented papers in national and international conferences and seminars. Prof. Kumar has worked on several consulting/ research projects of USAID, NORAD, DANIDA, World Bank, AICTE, and government agencies etc. and conducted several Executive Education Programmes for various public, private and multinational companies. Prof. Kumar taught at IIM Ranchi and IIM Jammu also.
