के तौर पर इस वार्ड में स्कूलों, अस्पतालों,
बैंकों, एटीएम, पार्कों, मस्जिदों इत्यादि की भी सुविधा हैं. यहां
शिक्षा सुविधा के रूप में मकबूल इस्लामिया हुसैनिया व जामिया अरबिया जिया उल्लुम
इत्यादि स्कूल मौजूद हैं. साथ ही पब्लिक यूटिलिटी के तौर पर वार्ड में मार्केट भी
मौजूद हैं और आम जन के भ्रमण के लिए कुछ पार्क भी वार्ड में उपस्थित हैं.
वार्ड की प्रमुख समस्याओं की बात की जाए तो स्थानीय पार्षद के अनुसार वार्ड की सबसे बड़ी समस्या सीवर से संबंधित है. जिस पर अभी तक भी कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई है. इससे पूर्व 21 दिनों तक सीवर का गन्दा पानी सड़कों व गलियों में जमा होता रहा. जिसके चलते क्षेत्र में जलभराव की समस्या उत्पन्न हो गयी और गंदे पानी को निकलने का रास्ता न होने की वजह से पानी का जमाव एक ही जगह हो जाता है जो क्षेत्र में कई गंभीर बीमारियों को जन्म दे रहा है. इससे पूर्व क्षेत्र में सड़कें भी जर्जर हालत में थी, जिन्हें जमाल अंसारी ने अपने प्रयासों से ठीक कराया. उनके विकास कार्य अभी भी जारी हैं.
